Antoine has been a serial entrepreneur in private markets for more than 30 years. He founded Triago (acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024), Mantra Investment Partners, and Palico, launched in 2012 to bring greater transparency and efficiency to private equity transactions. He began his career in 1986, holds an MBA from Wharton (’92), and served on the Wharton EMEA Executive Board from 2010 to 2020.
Hugo Hasson is Head of Engineering at Palico. Before joining the team in 2019, he started his career as a Software Developer at Sopra Group, a large IT firm. After 1 year at Sopra Group, Hugo moved into a software engineering position at Viavoo, before spending 4 years at the startup AODocs. Hugo holds cloud expertise and an Engineer’s Degree in computer science from EFREI.
Julissa Bonilla joined Palico in 2026 as Head of Marketing, bringing over 13 years of experience leading marketing initiatives within the finance and banking sectors. She has a strong track record of developing and executing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and demand generation through integrated campaigns, and balancing data-driven insights with creative execution across branding, web development, SEO, and paid media.
Julissa is a graduate of the University of the Arts, where she earned a BFA in Illustration with a minor in Film / Digital Video.
Scott Mackinnon brings 9+ years of software sales experience in global private equity, with a focus on family offices and institutional allocators. He has successfully sold and implemented SaaS and enterprise solutions for portfolio management, deal sourcing, and reporting across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Recognized for translating complex investor needs into practical software value, Scott cultivates long-term partnerships through exceptional client service and results-driven implementations.
Scott holds a degree from Trinity College in Hartford, where he laid the foundation for his career in technology and investor-focused solutions.
Alexis de la Tour is an experienced private markets professional with a career spanning investment management, fintech, and business development. He has worked at the intersection of technology and alternative assets, helping institutional investors and fund managers access tools and partnerships that improve transparency, liquidity, and performance. Known for his strategic mindset and relationship-driven approach, Alexis combines market insight with hands-on execution to grow platforms, scale client networks, and support innovation across the global private equity ecosystem.
Alexis is a graduate of McGill University with a B.A. in Political Science and Economy, and Warwick University with an MBA.
Myriam Prat is an Advisor at Palico. Prior to joining the team, she gained experience at Ardian. There, she started on the Investor Relations team in London before joining the Buyout Investment team in Paris, covering all aspects of a Private Equity fund life cycle. Myriam also worked for Mantra Investment Partners, as head of both business development and investor relations. She attended EDHEC Business School and Lycee Saint Louis.
Victor Quiroga has 30 years of experience in private equity, starting in 1996 at Triago in Paris, then from 2004 at Triago in New York, where he was Founding Partner, leading to the successful sale of Triago to the investment bank Houlihan Lokey in 2024. Victor was then Senior Advisor at Houlihan Lokey in the Capital Solutions group. Since 2026, Victor is Senior Advisor at Palico. Over his entire career to date, Victor worked as placement agent in hundreds of private equity fund raises (buyout, venture, private credit, special situations) as well as in numerous LP-led secondary transactions, and as strategic advisor to the owners of private equity firms regarding their GP stakes and management company financing.
He attended the London School of Economics, and the Université de Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne from where he graduated with a licence (bachelor’s degree) in Economics and a maîtrise (master’s degree) in Econometrics. Victor is registered with FINRA on Series 7, 14, 24, 63, 79, 99.
