    The process stays anonymous and confidential for both sides. Qualified buyers submit non-binding bids privately.

  • Shortlist

    Shortlist the buyers you want to take forward. The selected buyers then submit binding offers, and you can message them directly to align on terms, if necessary.

  • Supported Digital Closing

    Palico supports the SPA negotiation, GP transfer, and signature process with optional standardized documentation to streamline closing.
