Antoine Dréan
Founder & Chairman
Antoine Dréan has been a “serial entrepreneur” in the Private Equity space for over thirty years – founding both Triago and Mantra. Convinced that Private Equity should leverage technology more effectively, Antoine launched Palico in 2012. He now resides as Chairman to develop these advancements. Antoine began his career in 1986 working at a French advisory firm and founded a Mergers & Acquisitions boutique. Antoine earned his MBA from The Wharton School, class of 1992 and served as a member of the Wharton EMEA Executive Board from 2010 to 2020. He was Chairman of Wharton’s Europe, Middle East & Africa Board for four years, from 2016 to 2020.
Christopher Jeffery
General Manager
Chris Jeffery is the acting General Manager of Palico since July 2022. He originally joined Palico in 2019 as the Head of Marketing after getting his MBA at INSEAD. He brings over 10 years of specialized experience, recently working as Marketing Director for MKG, a startup experiential marketing agency. Chris also worked at international communications conglomerate, WPP. Chris received a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University Daniels School of Business and has been a member at Bpeace for the past 7 years.
Myriam Prat
Chief Operating Officer
Myriam Prat is Chief Operating Officer at Palico. Prior to joining the team, she gained experience at Ardian. There, she started on the Investor Relations team in London before joining the Buyout Investment team in Paris, covering all aspects of a Private Equity fund life cycle. Myriam also worked for Mantra Investment Partners, as head of both business development and investor relations. She attended EDHEC Business School and Lycee Saint Louis.
Hugo Hasson
Head of Tech Engineering
Hugo Hasson is Head of Engineering at Palico. Before joining the team in 2019, he started his career as a Software Developer at Sopra Group, a large IT firm. After 1 year at Sopra Group, Hugo moved into a software engineering position at Viavoo, before spending 4 years at the startup AODocs. Hugo holds cloud expertise and an Engineer’s Degree in computer science from EFREI.
Paloma Hernandez
Head of Sales
Paloma Hernández Fernández is the Head of Sales at Palico. She is focused on driving client growth and establishing key commercial partnerships with Private Equity actors. Prior to joining Palico in 2021, she worked at Preqin as an Enterprise Account Manager and in Operations and Account Management for Thomson Reuters for over two years. Paloma earned a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from King’s College London and holds two Bachelor of Arts from UP Comillas ICADE-ICAI in Madrid.
